About PitchReady

PitchReady is an AI-powered planning toolkit built specifically for grassroots rugby union coaches. It generates complete, age-appropriate training sessions in seconds: warm-ups built on RFU Activate routines, Skill Zone activities, Game Zone match play and cool-downs, all aligned with RFU Regulation 15 age-grade rules so every plan is safe and compliant by default. Beyond individual sessions, PitchReady helps coaches map out an entire season, manage their squad, track each player's development across core skills, and produce high-quality resources they can use pitchside. Every session is editable, printable and shareable, giving coaches back the hours they used to spend scribbling plans on the back of an envelope.

It is made for busy volunteers: the parent-coach balancing work and family, the newly qualified coach finding their feet, and the experienced coach who wants consistent, professional planning without the paperwork.
